When you click on the camera link you will be asked to download an activeX contol. Your browser may reject the the control, to bypass do the folowing:
1. Click on the "Tools" menu
2. Go to "Internet Options"
3. Click on the "Security" tab at the top
4. Click on the "Custom Level" button at the bottom
5. scroll down until you find "Download unsigned ActiveX controls"
6. Chang the setting to "Prompt"
7. Click ok at the bottom of the two menus that were opened
8. Refresh the web page and install the ActiveX control
